Fundraising/Donation Levels

Breweries of all sizes are welcome to participate in the Hops for Heroes campaign! Please note that 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of your Homefront beer must be donated to Soldiers’ Angels and are due to the organization no later than December 31st in the same year of your participation. In addition to donating your net proceeds, we encourage you to create a fundraising page to share with your patrons! This will be an immense help to Soldiers’ Angels in spreading brand awareness and encouraging others to join in and support our Service Members and Veterans. Name, backlink, and logo included on Soldiers’ Angels Hops for Heroes Website page(s)
Social media announcement of participation
Press release template for your team to use to distribute to your local press connections 
Press release/Media Advisory created for your event and distributed by the Soldiers’ Angels team; collaboration with your Marketing Team to promote your brewery’s participation through local and national media outreach, and support in driving local press to your event 
A local Soldiers’ Angels representative attending your release event, if available in your area. (Volunteer, Staff, or Board Member)
Targeted email from Soldiers’ Angels to our contacts in your area announcing your release party 
For every $150 you intend to raise, you’ll receive a $10 credit to the Soldiers’ Angels Angel Store! This credit can be used to purchase exclusive ‘Hops for Heroes’ promotional items, perfect for showcasing your support and participation in our event.

Creating a Fundraising Page

Creating a fundraising page to go along with your Brewery’s participation in the Hops for Heroes program is easy and rewarding! Not only can you create a delicious brew that supports our troops, but you can get your patrons, staff, social media followers, and fellow beer lovers involved in honoring our Nation’s heroes by donating to Soldiers’ Angels!

How to Create a Fundraiser

  1. Click on this link to open our fundraising platform, Classy
  2. Click “Become a Fundraiser”
  3. Fill out the required information and follow the prompts
  4. Once your fundraising page is complete, share with your patrons, staff, or on your social media pages and encourage them to support your delicious brew by making a donation to your fundraiser page benefiting Soldiers’ Angels.
