Veterans in need of food assistance can register now to get approximately 75 lbs. of groceries, at no cost. Volunteers always needed to package and hand out the food.
Charleston Veteran food assistance is provided monthly to Veterans in need by Soldiers’ Angels during the Veteran Mobile Food Distribution event. Veterans must register ahead of time to receive support

Event Information
Soldiers’ Angels provides an easy, no-cost way for Charleston Veterans in-need to receive food assistance. Volunteers pack bags of groceries and load them into cars, pushcarts, or backpacks of registered Veterans. This monthly event provides food support to over 175 Veterans and their families.
This event occurs the second Tuesday of every month from 9:30 am – 11:30 am ET:
2024: January 9, February 13, March 12, April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10, October 8, November 12, December 10

Join Soldiers’ Angels as a volunteer and help us give back to those who have given so much for our freedoms. This volunteer opportunity requires standing, lifting and bending. Please be sure to dress appropriately for the weather. This event is held outside, regardless of weather.
