Collection sites will choose recipient locations from the volunteer portal, once collection is complete. While delivery MAY be possible, we cannot guarantee a local site will be available to choose from nor can we guarantee delivery will be allowed (base security, availability, etc). Collection sites should be prepared to ship their candy and cover any and all shipping expenses.Collection Weight Acknowledgment(Required) I acknowledge that if I exceed my projected collection weight by more than 10% or wish to palletize my shipment, I need to contact Soldiers’ Angels in advance to have the registration updated.Consent to Exclusivity(Required) I understand that I am collecting candy for Soldiers’ Angels and may not donate any items collected for Soldiers’ Angels to any other business, group, or organization. By participating in the Soldiers’ Angels Treats for Troops program, I will be using the Soldiers’ Angels name and branded marketing materials. As such, all items collected while using the Soldiers’ Angels name must be shipped/donated to Soldiers’ Angels. I am legally obligated to donate the items to Soldiers’ Angels since I am advertising that I am collecting items for Soldiers’ Angels. If I collect more candy than I anticipate, I cannot: give the collected items to another organization locally, give the candy to my customers, etc. I will prepare in advance and determine a max weight I am willing and able to pay to ship. I am responsible for shutting down my own collection program if I reach a point that I will not be able to cover the shipping cost.
