In the Wake of Disaster, We Stand Shoulder to Shoulder
July 15, 2025

The floods that swept through the Texas Hill Country left behind more than wreckage—they left heartbreak, fear, and uncertainty for families across our community. Just a short drive from our headquarters in San Antonio, the devastation feels personal. We know these towns. We know these people. Our families visit the Guadalupe—just like so many others did over the holiday weekend.
As floodwaters surged and lives were upended, our nation’s heroes—first responders, National Guard and Coast Guard units, even local Veteran volunteers—sprang into action. They pulled neighbors from ravaging waters. They continue the heartbreaking search for the missing. And now, they face the daunting task of clearing mountains of debris from streets that once felt safe.
But these heroes need help too.
At Soldiers’ Angels, we’ve mobilized to stand beside them. We’re in direct contact with units on the ground to understand exactly what they need to carry the mission forward. Their requests are simple—but critical—for continued success:
- Work Gloves
- Cooling Towels
- Bandanas & Gators
- Vick’s Vapor Rub
- Body Cleaning Wipes
- Clean Shirts & Socks
- Bug Spray & Sunblock
- Protein Bars & Energy Products
- Jerky & Nuts
- Lots of Hydrating Drink Powder!

💔 They’re tired. They’re stretched thin. But they won’t stop. And neither will we.
This is where you come in. Help us stuff the Soldiers’ Angels van with the items they need so next week we can hand-deliver support to our heroes!
Your cash donation—no matter the size—can deliver critical relief right now, allowing us to purchase exactly what these heroes need.
Or if you’d rather shop yourself, visit our Amazon Registry to send urgently needed supplies straight to our San Antonio office—where they’ll go from the box to the back of our van and directly into the hands of those who need them most.
Let’s show the heroes helping in Hill Country that they are not alone.
