Organization helping Central Florida veterans during vaccination in need of volunteers

As more shots go into arms, a group is looking for volunteers to provide special support for some getting vaccinated.
“It’s certainly an opportunity to do service for those that did service,” veteran David Gaudrault said.
Soldiers’ Angels is a national charity focused on providing different types of resources for veterans.
In Central Florida, one way the group helps out is with monthly food distribution events to help veterans in need.
Now, they’re looking for friendly faces to serve as ushers and companions at the VA as they get their COVID-19 vaccines.
