St. Joseph nonprofit puts out call for Valentines for Veterans effort

St. Joseph chapters of the Philanthropic Education Organization is taking part in the Soldiers’ Angels annual Valentines for Veterans program. According to a news release, volunteers from P.E.O. will have materials available to assist community members in making Valentine’s Day cards at three public libraries.
