Here at Soldiers' Angels, we're always thrilled to hear from those we are working so hard to support.
To send a thank you for an adopting Angel or an Angel Team, please use this form, which will be sent to the leadership of Soldiers' Angels. The majority of thank yous that we have approval to reproduce will appear here, but they may also be added to various pages throughout the Soldiers' Angels website.
General Info
If your note is reproduced, we will only use your rank and initials or first name (notes from commanding officers and senior NCOs speaking for an entire unit may be used in full unless requested otherwise). If you would like your thank you kept completely private, just enter "Anonymous" in the first line of the form below and it will only be shared within the Soldiers' Angels organization. Video Thank Yous
If you would like to include a video with your submission, please use this page to upload your video, then return here to fill out the form below.
When you submit a video, please keep it family-friendly and be aware of OPSEC, as we cannot edit your video submissions. If your video is too large to upload (over 2MB), please upload it to YouTube and send us the link, or send a CD/DVD to Soldiers' Angels, 1792 E Washington St., Pasadena, CA 91104 (we cannot return CDs/DVDs).
NOTE This page is for service members and military families to submit thank yous to Soldiers' Angels, NOT for people to write to the troops.
