President's Volunteer Service Award
Soldiers’ Angels knows that your support of the troops comes from your heart, but we want to make sure you are recognized for your dedication and sacrifice that means so much to America’s heroes.
The President's Volunteer Service Award, which was established in 2003, recognizes the valuable contributions volunteers make to this country. Any individual, family, or group—including kids age 5 and above--can receive Presidential recognition for volunteer hours earned over a 12-month period or over the course of a lifetime at home or abroad (minimum of 50 hours in one year to receive recognition).
Awards include a bronze, silver or gold pin with a signed letter and certificate from the President of the United States.
To be eligible to receive a President's Volunteer Service Award for your Angel activities, you need to create a Record of Service on the Award website. Soldiers’ Angels will track your hours there to make sure you receive the award you deserve (if you are asked for a code when applying at the link above, enter "TMW-12229").

Step One: Click here
Step Two: Enter requested info and click 'Create Service Record'
Step Three: Click on the 'Profile' tab [top of the page]
Step Four: Enter requested info...Enter TMW-12229 as the Certifying Agency, click 'update profile' once completed
Step Five: Go to the 'My Service' tab, click on the 'create new record' and fill in your volunteer hours!
