Techno-Sciences designs a variety of integrated electronic systems including hardware and software. Our current needs are for our international Maritime Coast Surveillance Systems, using HF-ALE, TDMA,, SATCOM, data networks, ECDIS, VTS, etc. HF data communications expertise is especially usefull. This position may include international travel. | Qualifications |
General requirements include: excellent troubleshooting skills (hardware and software), knowledgeable in the use of debugging tools (scopes, meter, probes, etc), Systematic in execution by following standards and safety guidelings, basic knowledge of electronic systems, ability to assemble/disassemble systems, fabrication abilities using common shop tools, electronic fabrication (soldering, wire wrap, pc board fabrication, cable assemblies, etc) ability to work in teams and independently and without excessive supervision. Must be able to travel to do remote installs and troubleshooting; oeprational expertise with systems, security clearances are highly desired. Technical schooling/training also desireable. |
