Operation: Next Chapter and Soldiers' Angels Team Up for Veterans

Operation: Next Chapter is an initiative founded by Vietnam veteran and author Cym Lowell to support the men and women who sacrificed so much for our freedom in the Armed Forces.

Operation: Next Chapter
is working with Soldiers' Angels Project Valour-IT to provide 100 voice-controlled, adaptive laptop computers for our military personnel who have lost the use of their hands. Lowell will donate 100 percent of the proceeds from the sale of his latest novel, Jaspar's War, to purchase these individually adapted computers, which cost $500 a piece. The laptops allow warriors who are healing from amputations, paralysis, eye injuries, burns and brain trauma to stay in touch with their family and their units during their recovery and afterward.

How you can help:

Buy a box of books: Proceeds from each purchase will go toward the purchase of the laptops. The books will be included in care packages to service members.
