Wine is Double Duty Troop Support

For just over one year, Soldiers' Angels has been partnering with Cellar Angels, an online buying club that offers great wines at discounted prices while donating 10 percent of net proceeds to a carefully-selected list of charities, including Soldiers’ Angels.  Each week, Cellar Angels features an exclusive wine offer via email to club members.

This week's wine offer is unique--it does double duty with a special military name and design that at the same time supports both Soldiers' Angels and another organization helping military families!

Phipps Family Cellars (PFC) has created a special Zinfandel wine packaged in military colors and dubbed "PFC" (Private First Class) in honor of the heroes who have given their lives in military service.  The winery donates part of their sales of this wine to the Armed Forces Children's Education Fund, but when purchased this week through Cellar Angels, "PFC" will also support Soldiers' Angels!

The Phillips Family Cellars is a boutique winery in Napa, CA that focuses on making wine in a "balanced style" that perfectly complements a variety of foods.  Cellar Angels' founder, Martin Cody, says that their PFC Zinfandel is "one of the BEST Zinfandels I’ve ever had, and that’s saying something as I taste about 50 wines a week.  The price is right, the shipping of $1 per case is amazing and this wine pairs with too many foods to list including just about anything off the grille."

It's the perfect summertime wine, and a great way to double your support for the troops.  Sign up with Cellar Angels today, because this offer begins Tuesday and ends on Saturday (July 21)!

Be sure to select Soldiers' Angels as your designated charity when you check out!
