The Soldiers’ Angels adoptions team, lead by manager Joanna Frazier, is made up of a group of dedicated volunteers who work to ensure the integrity of all angel applicants to our organization. There are two arms to the adoptions team, the new adoptions team and the re-adoptions team.

The new adoptions team deals with new angel applicants. When a person initially applies to adopt-a-soldier at www.soldiersangels.org a member of the new adoptions team takes steps to verify the identity of the applicant. The angel applicant is then matched with a soldier/sailor/airman/marine that is in need of support while they are serving our country.

The re-adoption team handles applications to adopt soldiers submitted by angels that are already existing members of Soldiers’ Angels. Existing members submit their information to me. A member of the re-adoptions team will then verify that the angel is a member of Soldiers’ Angels and then enter the adoption into our database and match them up with a hero who needs the extra support.

Both of these teams are invaluable members of the Soldiers’ Angels family, without which we could not provide the awesome support that we do to all the heroes that depend on us each and everyday.
